 How do I pay for items purchased?  

Bank transfers are our preferred method of payment. 
 

 Do you arrange delivery of items?  

Yes, we use Parcel Force to send items to our customers in the UK, and specialist carriers for items going abroad. 
 

 Am I able to view an item before I buy?  

Yes, we are happy to arrange a visit either by phone or email. 
 

 Do you guarantee your items?  

Yes. Should you have any reason to dispute the description of any item purchased, you should contact me by email within 5 days of receipt of goods. The item can then be returned to me, provided that it is in the condition as sent, for a full refund of the purchase price. If a problem is not notified to me within this time, the item is considered as being sold. We regret that return postage costs are not refundable.
